Welcoming arrival experience with beautiful nature-focused decor.
My check-out experience was painfully long, taking over 45 minutes with unclear instructions. The ice cream quality was poor, lacking variety and taste at a resort of this supposed caliber. the indoor pool area had a strong disinfectant smell that was unbearable, making it hard to enjoy that space.

Target audience fun seekers
We enjoyed the spa services. I treated myself to a massage that was out of this world. the staff really knew their stuff! the breakfast selection was overwhelming, the kind that you look at and think it can’t be real. Don't even get me started on the themed Brazilian night, food and vibes were top notch! We had a blast dancing that night!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

The breakfast buffet offered an impressive array of options that left me pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food was exceptional, making it stand out among many 5-star hotels I've visited. despite the extensive selection, the hot items were often served cold. I appreciated the seamless transfer from the mainland and the great location for exploring the Delta. The private boat trip for around 100 Euros per hour was a highlight, providing a fantastic way to experience the area before the crowds arrived. The room was well-appointed and clean, with a spacious seating area that adds to the comfort. On the downside, the reception service could use improvement, especially regarding communication, as there were issues when checking out and confusion about our pre-arranged boat return, leading to some unnecessary stress. the staff was helpful, but more training on guest service would significantly enhance the experience.

The food was a delight, with enormous portions that had my taste buds dancing! The Japanese restaurant was a standout with lovely food and beautiful surroundings. Our room was super cozy, with a giant bed that made us feel right at home! Can't wait to come back!
Only a few hiccups, like the poor Wi-Fi in the bungalows and the slight overpriced local trips.

luxury stay but high price
The accommodations were exceptional, with a spacious suite offering a stunning view of the river. The children enjoyed the three outdoor pools, which were always pristine and welcoming. Dining was a highlight, as the diverse menu and quality of food exceeded my expectations—the breakfast alone was remarkable!
The resort is on the pricier side, which may not fit all budgets.
